AltaClad supplies wood-plastic composite sheet to millwork and cabinet shops across the GTA. It cuts, routes, edges and screws on the machines already on your floor — and it contains no formaldehyde and absorbs almost nothing.

Measured, not estimated
Figures below are from testing on our 0.70 g/cm³ board. We publish what has been measured and nothing else — if a number isn't here yet, it's because we don't have it in hand.
Bending data (MOE / MOR) is being finalised with our mill and will be published here once we hold the report. We are not currently claiming a fire rating — no Canadian test has been performed.
Why shops switch
Table saw, CNC, edgebander, pocket screws. Carbide tooling, moderate feed, standard dust collection. No new equipment and no new process to learn.
The resin system is PVC-based, so there's no urea-formaldehyde binder in it. That removes a line of questioning on healthcare, education and childcare specs before it starts.
2,967 N face withdrawal on the 0.70 board. Hinges, drawer slides and cleats land the way they do in a good sheet of ply.
Scuff, prime with an adhesion primer, spray. It takes a finish without the edge swell and telegraphing you fight on MDF doors.
The TriClad series is a three-layer construction with colour through the sheet, so a machined edge or a chipped corner doesn't expose a different-coloured core.
We import direct and hold inventory in Mississauga. You're buying from a company an hour's drive away, not waiting on a container you can't track.

Density is the lever. Lighter board for large panels and non-structural work, heavier board where you need edge strength and fastener holding.
